We are the leader in remote supervision for BCBA candidates. Over the last 8 years, we have helped individuals on their journey to becoming a BCBA through high quality supervision services. Our team consists of BCBAs and 3 administrative team members to make the supervision relationship as smooth as possible.
We take the frustrating, time consuming, and undesirable parts out of the equation so our supervisors can focus on the interactions with the trainees that really matter.
How to apply
Step 1: Create a supervisor account in our Supervision Portal. https://supervision.hoomhouse.com/supervisor/register
Step 2: Complete your profile and application. Navigate to your settings after creating your account. You will fill out basic profile fields and your Marketplace Profile.
Step 3: Use our tools to manage your trainees while you wait to be added to the marketplace. Our tools are not just for our marketplace supervisors. You are welcome to use our tools to manage your own trainees at work or for private supervision. We show preference in our review process supervisors that are actively using our tools with their own trainees.
Step 4: When we have an opening that matches your application, we will reach out to begin the onboarding process. Sometimes we will reach out right away. Or it may be weeks. We prioritize supervisors with quality applications, unique characteristics, and prior use of our tools.
About the position
Supervisors on our team meet with trainees via video and phone calls. All services are provided remotely. Your priority is ensuring the trainee is in the best position to succeed in their career. Our administrative team takes care of the billing, onboarding/offboarding experience, technical support and general support for you and the trainees.
1099 contract position. Remote. You set your rates. You choose your clients. You choose your hours.
